ASIST
The ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Training) training is a two-day workshop focused on helping individuals prevent youth suicide. The interactive workshop teaches individuals the skills needed to recognize youths who may be at risk of suicide, including identifying warning signs of suicide, providing a skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan.

Connect
The Connect Postvention training model provides community building, education, and strategic planning using best practice frameworks for service providers who may be called on for help in the aftermath of a suicide.
This training is ideal for professionals who may respond to a suicide death in their community including school personnel, social service providers, faith leaders, first responders, mental health professionals, mental health/substance abuse service providers, tribal entities, bereavement specialists, and more.

Mental Health First Aid
In the Mental Health First Aid course, you learn risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns, strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations, and where to turn for help.

QPR
QPR is an evidence-based suicide prevention curriculum that teaches individuals to recognize someone at risk, intervene with confidence and competence and refer them to the appropriate source to receive the help they need.

Sources of Strength
Sources of Strength is a best practice suicide prevention project that moves beyond singular risk factors to focus on multiple sources of support (strengths). It increases help-seeking behaviors and promotes connections to peers and caring adults.
